Our Healthcare Services

Therapy is a space to pause, reflect, and grow.
Our clinical services are designed for individuals, couples, and families seeking clarity, healing, and meaningful change. We specialize in trauma recovery, family dynamics, and strength-based interventions that empower you to move forward with confidence and self-understanding.

Individual and Family Therapy

Every story deserves space to be understood. Therapy sessions are tailored to help individuals, couples, and families process life experiences, strengthen communication, and build emotional resilience. Guided by empathy and collaboration, sessions provide tools to navigate challenges, deepen relationships, and create meaningful change.

Trauma-Informed &
Attachment-Centered Care

Trauma shapes how we see ourselves and others, but healing is possible. Using EMDR, TBRI®, and Trauma-Focused CBT, Stas helps clients safely reprocess difficult experiences and rebuild a sense of security and trust. Treatment focuses on emotional regulation, attachment repair, and restoring balance after trauma — empowering clients to move forward with confidence.

Caring for others doesn’t mean you have to carry everything alone. Designed for therapists, educators, and healthcare providers, these sessions address burnout, compassion fatigue, and secondary trauma. With a focus on self-compassion, boundaries, and purpose-driven renewal, Stas helps helpers reconnect with balance and fulfillment in both work and life.
